Coverage Period: 12 months from the date of delivery.
Products Covered: This warranty applies only to refurbished products purchased from Sulitstation.com.
What is Covered:
Defects in materials or workmanship.
Malfunctions under normal use.
Component failures (e.g., battery, screen).
Non-conformance with the product description.
What is NOT Covered:
Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality.
Normal wear and tear.
The Process:
Contact Us: Email ph.sulitstation@gmail.com within the warranty period.
Describe the Issue: Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video as proof.
We’ll Help: We will diagnose the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.
Outcome: We will cover all costs to repair or replace the product (with the same or an equivalent model). If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or prorated refund.
Costs: We cover all repair costs and shipping both ways.
Important: The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or opened by an unauthorized technician. Always have your proof of purchase (order number) ready.
