At Sulitstation.com we stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied or encounter issues, here’s how we make it right:
1. Our Commitment
1.1 Period: You have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return, no reason needed, no questions asked, full refund or replacement is given.
1.2 Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals, and in resalable condition.
1.3 Process:
– Email us at: ph.sulitstation@gmail.com with your details.
– We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
– Pack the item securely and ship it back using our label.
1.4 Refunds:
– Issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
– Refunded to your original payment method.
– Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
– 15% restocking fee may apply in cases like opened and used new and sealed products, or in cases like items returned incomplete (e.g., missing accessories) or damage from customer handling.
2. Twelve Months Warranty Coverage
2.1 This warranty covers only our refurbished products.
2.2 Period: Your purchase is covered against defects for 12 months from the delivery date.
2.3 What’s Covered: Malfunctions or defects arising under normal use, Coverage includes: (Component failures e.g., battery, screen and Non-conformance with product description).
2.4 What’s NOT Covered:
– Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
– Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) not affecting functionality.
– Normal wear and tear.
2.5 Warranty Process:
– Email us at: ph.sulitstation@gmail.com with product issue description, and photos/video.
– We’ll diagnose the issue and provide instructions.
2.6 Repair: We cover all repair costs and shipping both ways.
2.7 Replacement: If unfixable, we’ll send a replacement (same or equivalent model).
2.8 Refund: If repair/replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full or prorated refund.
2.9 Warranty is considered void in case the product have been tampered with in any way.
3. Key Terms & Exceptions
3.1 Free Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for approved returns & warranty claims.
3.2 Proof of Purchase: Always include your order number.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items:
– Software, digital downloads, or personalized/customized products.
– Items damaged due to customer misuse.
3.4 Restocking Fee: None for compliant returns. May apply if items are damaged/missing parts.
3.5 Late/Missing Returns: Contact us if your return is delayed or lost in transit.
4. How Refunds Work
4.1 Timeline: 5-10 business days after we process your return/warranty claim.
